FREE INSULATION

Homes across the UK can now have insulation absolutely free of charge by taking advantage of Government backed funding, helping to dramatically cut energy bills and create a more energy efficient home. Insulating your home will help keep your home warmer in winter and cooler in the summer, helping to save you money on your energy bills year after year. It's straightforward and takes less than a day. Loft insulation is a thick material simply rolled onto the loft floor. Cavity wall insulation is filling blown into the gap between your exterior wall.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Free insulation grants are provided by UK energy companies who are obliged by the Government to improve the efficiency of UK homes. Funding is distributed to various schemes across the country. This means that you can now have cavity wall and loft insulation installed absolutely free of charge. CERT, or Carbon Emissions Reduction Target, was launched in 2008 to ensure the UK meets its statutory carbon reduction targets. It aims to cut carbon emissions by ensuring that every household in the UK is as energy efficient as possible. By helping home owners insulate their loft and cavity walls through grants, the energy saved will help the Government reduce overall carbon emissions for the UK, in line with European targets.
